Case Manager Assistant

Houston area law firm is hiring a Case Manager Assistant. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must have prior experience in a personal injury law firm. Assist with new client intake, gathering information and setting up new files File and manage claims with insurance carriers from the outset of representation Handle property damage claims, including coordinating vehicle repairs, rental cars, and total loss issues Request and follow-up on medical bills and records from providers throughout treatment Provide general legal and administrative assistance to the case manager and attorneys Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional customer service Proactively keep clients informed and updated on the status of their case Maintain organized, accurate, and up to date case files and records #J-18808-Ljbffr
