Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
Job Description

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will utilize your expertise to support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the chance to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Additionally, you will mentor junior technicians to help them grow in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and supervise maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Manage and mitigate risks in the workplace.

Essential Skills

• Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in conveyor maintenance, automation, and control systems.
• Ability to analyze data and manage projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and CMMS.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Risk management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience.
• 2+ years of experience repairing MHE, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated safety standards experience.
• 1+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to move up to 49 lbs and the capability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. The schedule is flexible and includes weekends, nights, and holidays. Shifts include: 4 PM - 4 AM Sunday to Tuesday and 4 PM - 10 PM Wednesday for one shift, or 10 PM - 4 AM Wednesday and 4 PM - 4 AM Thursday to Saturday for the next shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Perrysburg, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66040.00 - $66040.00/yr.
