Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, with a requirement for at least 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week period.

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. The role involves floating between units as required and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering necessary medications and treatments.
• Manage advanced medical devices and technologies to support patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Implement evidence-based care practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required.
• Active RN license with compact state status.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, OCN preferred.
• Experience with charting system Epic is required.
• Travel experience is required.
