CT Technologist Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist for a full‑time, 13‑week contract position at our facility located at 1400 Eighth Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. This role is integral to our radiology department, focusing on providing high‑quality diagnostic imaging services. The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of Computed Tomography (CT) procedures on patients, as requested by physicians and licensed providers. The primary objective is to assist in the accurate diagnosis of diseases and injuries by adhering strictly to established protocols and operating advanced CT equipment. This position operates under the direct supervision of a Radiologist, ensuring all procedures meet clinical standards and patient safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Perform all assigned Computed Tomography (CT) procedures accurately and efficiently. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Operate and maintain CT equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and departmental protocols. Adhere to established imaging protocols for various diagnostic studies. Collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and diagnostic outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedures. Respond to and manage patient needs during procedures. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Less than 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire/transfer. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT). Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) or Nuclear Medicine (N), OR certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
