Job Title: Project Manager - Cybersecurity & Technology Infrastructure

Visa: USC and GC Only


Duration: 6 months renewable

Rate: $75-80/hr. Max

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver infrastructure initiatives including:


o Hosting platform transitions


o Network modernization


o Business and Technology Resiliency


o End-user computing (EUC) upgrades and implementations


o Cybersecurity controls and compliance initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, change management plans and resource allocations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, challenge with positive intent and communicate across business and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
• Support change management, training, and adoption strategies.
• Demonstrates versatility by effectively wearing multiple hats, adapting to various roles and responsibilities to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.
• Demonstrates ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural collaboration.


Qualifications
• 7+ years of project management and/or change management experience in Financial Services, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in multi-national enterprises.
• Basic understanding of:


o Networking (LAN/WAN, VWan, firewalls)


o Hosting (VMware, Nutanix, cloud platforms)


o IT Service Management (CMDB, Technology Delivery Change Frameworks)


o EUC (Windows 365, Copilot, DaaS, device lifecycle)


o Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)


o Data Operations and Enterprise data reporting
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, change management and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CCMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.


Preferred Experience
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural collaboration.
