Quality Supervisor

Quality Supervisor 2nd Shift

Seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead second-shift quality operations in a food manufacturing setting. This role will oversee quality staff, support food safety programs, investigate quality issues, and ensure products and processes meet established standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop quality team members.
• Monitor food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
• Manage CAPAs, nonconformances, and root cause investigations.
• Support HACCP, preventive controls, audits, and environmental monitoring.
• Analyze quality trends and drive process improvements.
• Partner with production teams to resolve quality concerns.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of food quality/QA experience.
• Prior team leadership experience.
• HACCP and food safety experience.
• Knowledge of CAPA and root cause analysis.
• GFSI audit experience preferred.
• PCQI certification preferred.
• Bachelors degree in a related scientific discipline preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochelle, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $95000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Strong benefits including PTO.
