Job Description Extensive laboratory experience, including physical stability analysis (viscosity, density, etc.), safety, and ability to record data and observations. Ability to operate lab scale mixing and milling equipment is also a must. Critical thinking skills, detail-oriented and organized. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Self-motivated. Flexible, able to respond quickly to shifting priorities and able to multitask. Working knowledge of formulation development is preferred. Bachelor-level knowledge of chemicals and chemical principles is required. 1-3 Years of Experience.
