As a Surgical Technologist , you're often the first one in the OR-setting the tone, laying out instruments, prepping the sterile field, and making sure every detail is ready for the procedure ahead. When surgery begins, you're right there in the moment- passing instruments, anticipating needs, maintaining sterile technique , and supporting both the surgeon and the patient. You're calm under pressure, sharp in your decisions, and confident in your skills. After the case, you help turn over the room , sterilize equipment , and make sure everything is set for the next procedure. Your work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is always front and center.

What You'll Need:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Prior experience in the OR is a plus-but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing the surgical suite and maintaining sterile environments
• Assisting surgeons during procedures with instruments and supplies
• Following strict infection control standards and surgical protocols
• Helping turn over operating rooms efficiently between cases
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on excellent outcomes
