We are seeking a dependable Field Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves performing waterproofing installations and repairs on commercial and residential construction projects while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate has experience with waterproofing systems, can safely operate aerial lifts, and is comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform waterproofing installation, repairs, and maintenance on commercial construction projects.
- Prepare surfaces and install waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants, and related materials.
- Safely operate scissor lifts and boom lifts to access elevated work areas.
- Follow project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies.
- Travel between job sites as needed using a reliable personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial waterproofing required.
- OSHA 10 Certification required.
- Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on commercial and residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and waterproofing products.
- Additional construction certifications are a plus.
