Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible work environment that allows you to work from home while serving clients through virtual consultations. Although primarily remote, you may occasionally travel to our hospice center as needed. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though some evenings and weekends may be required based on patient needs. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals in hospice care who are experiencing complex emotional and mental health challenges due to terminal diagnoses. You will be instrumental in providing support not only for the patients but also for their families, helping them navigate the emotional and psychological distress associated with end-of-life issues. Your role will directly impact their coping mechanisms and overall experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
