Job Description
Title: LVN - OB/GYN / Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8

Requirements:
- Active California LVN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years LVN experience
- OB/GYN experience required
- Travel experience required (no first-time travelers)
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), California IV certification, Blood withdrawal/phlebotomy certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine setting.
- Monitor vital signs and perform medication reconciliation.
- Assist with telephone triage and manage pregnancy-related complications.
- Conduct phlebotomy and blood draws as necessary.
- Support the healthcare team in managing high-risk obstetric patients.

Compliance / Notes:
- Valid permanent CA LVN license required at submission
- References: 2 supervisor references from within the past year required at submission
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Background/licensure hits: Any issues require a detailed written statement; open/pending hits will redirect
- Max 2 weeks total RTO; no RTO within the first 2 weeks of assignment
