By joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier.How you'll contributeA Maintenance Specialist who excels in this role:Maintains and repairs specialty building items.Assists and acts as a resource for other maintenance staff with regard to specialty building materials, problems, and issues.Utilizes appropriate hand and power tools and test equipment related to maintenance or specialty.Reads, interprets, and utilizes blueprints and schematics as required for job performance.Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Associates Degree preferredRequirements: Must possess valid Michigan Drivers License.4 years in specialized trade (carpenter, flooring, installation, finisher, painter, HVAC) Required2 years as maintenance mechanic or construction preferredMore about UP Health System - MarquettePeople are our passion and purpose.
