In-Home Foster Youth Case Manager

SAFY of America

SAFY of America seeks a full-time Case Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio, to provide in-home, community-based services to foster youth and families. You will travel daily to homes, coordinate with county agencies and schools, and support treatment teams to preserve family units. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of relevant experience; LSW/LPC license eligibility preferred.
