Secondary responsibilities may include warehouse operations, inventory support, and sales assistance when branch support is needed. This diverse role makes it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.For additional duties, prior experience is not required because we provideworld-class trainingto set you up for success from day one! Daily Responsibilities As a CDL Driver, your role supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivery and Transportation Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Transport materials to and from retail or distribution centers. Customer job site and warehouse delivery Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections for mechanical items and safety issues Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles Comply with CDL rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Report defects, accidents, or violations Customer Service & Sales Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill orders and resolve issues Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with customers on deliveries Greet customers, answer calls, and provide customer support Warehousing & Inventory Support Pull, stage, and load customer orders. Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked facility. Receive and stock deliveries and transfers. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. Why Join Ewing?
