Store Manager – David’s Bridal Responsible for building and leading a high‑performing sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales targets in a retail apparel environment. Essential Job Functions Customer Focus: Leads a customer‑first culture; oversees floor management; provides coaching and training to enhance selling skills. Analyzing & Decision Making: Manages store payroll within budget; drives Total Monthly Income goals; monitors inventory, receiving, and quality standards. Managing Performance: Communicates sales goals; conducts performance discussions; builds talent pipeline; ensures staffing meets goals. Education & Credentials High School diploma or equivalent. Four years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty store. Experience with a computerized POS system. Work Hours & Physical Demands Full‑time, Sunday through Saturday, 40 hours a week. Responsibilities include standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using a computer for long periods.
