This contract opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, spanning September through June, and offers full-time hours Monday through Friday (32-37.5 hours per week). Multiple paraprofessional positions are available, with openings at both the middle and high school levels. Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in an educational setting, especially within middle or high school grades
• Ability to foster a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere
• Flexibility and adaptability in meeting students’ diverse needs and classroom requirements
• Effective communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with teachers and staff
• Commitment to supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally
• Reliability and professionalism in maintaining student confidentiality and school protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, classroom activities, and individualized education plans
• Provide direct support and encouragement to students, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Help manage classroom behavior and facilitate a safe, positive environment
• Support the inclusion of students with varying abilities within the general education classroom
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to instructional staff
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and events as required
