Physical Therapist Department Lead / Supervisor (PT) 1409 W. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.Responsibilities:Providing individualized therapyImplementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthKnowledge and Skills Required:Required credentials to practice physical therapy.Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees.Why Join Eyas Landing?At Eyas Landing, we provide a supportive, team-oriented culture that allows you to focus on what you love - helping children and families.
