Responsibilities

Enter, process, and track a high volume of customer orders
Handle inbound and outbound customer and sales partner calls
Resolve order issues, service inquiries, and delivery concerns
Communicate professionally via phone and email
Partner with internal teams to meet customer needs
Maintain account, pricing, and order data in internal systems
Support daily shipment coordination and order follow-ups

Qualifications

2+ years of full cycle customer service experience
Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
