Hire Priority is hiring an EPA Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in the South Austin area. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who can respond to service requests, support unit turns, and help keep the community clean, functional, and resident-ready.
We are looking for someone with strong apartment maintenance experience who can troubleshoot issues efficiently, work well with residents and team members, and deliver quality service in a fast-paced property environment.
Job Details:
- Pay: Starting at $25/hr.
- Position Type: Full-Time / Temp / Temp-to-Hire
- Location: South Austin
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
