The Country Butcher Meats is seeking a dynamic, proactive Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across a diverse set of roles. This onsite position emphasizes candidate sourcing, employer branding, and sustained relationship management in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Own hiring processes from start to finish, including identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Execute candidate sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and external recruiting channels. Use Candidate Relationship Management to build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Lead screening activities by conducting interviews, assessing skills, and evaluating overall candidate fit. Coordinate with external recruiting agencies as needed and support employment and labor law compliance across the hiring process, including background checks and employment contracts . Support employee onboarding and participation in training and development and succession planning activities to support long-term talent growth. Required Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask. Ability to select the best candidates for open positions.
