Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers. Greets walk-in customers and determines the nature of their visit. Answers multi-line incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Collects payments from customers. Make deposits in appropriate banks and/or accounts. Monitors and keeps sufficient check and paper supply in the office. Organizes and maintains mailing system. Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Assists with clerical duties as requested. Marginal Duties Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management. Assists with related special projects as required. Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area. Other duties may be assigned.
