Nurse Educator (RN or LPN)

Full-Time | Supporting Multiple Campuses Rosedale Green and Emerald Trace are seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Nurse Educator to support staff development and clinical education across both campuses. This position plays an important role in ensuring our nursing teams are properly trained, supported, and equipped to provide exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN or LPN with long-term care experience who enjoys teaching, mentoring, coaching, and building strong clinical teams. Position Summary The Nurse Educator will assist with the coordination and delivery of: New hire General Orientation Clinical onboarding and department orientation Annual education and mandatory in-services Skills competency reviews and check-offs Regulatory and compliance education Ongoing staff development and coaching Clinical documentation education Infection prevention and safety-related education initiatives Employee health support activities, including assistance with processes such as TB testing and compliance tracking Survey readiness and quality improvement support This role will work collaboratively with nursing leadership and frontline staff at both campuses to help maintain high clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
