Field Readiness Coach

Intercare Therapy seeks a Field Readiness Coach to support ABA clinicians delivering services to children and young adults with autism. In this role, you will conduct field observations, model best practices, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You will assist with onboarding and ongoing training, reinforce adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to address skill gaps and support client success. This position combines direct field support, documentation of competency, and contributions to continuous improvement of training resources.
