Remote Appointment Setter

To support a sales-driven environment, the full-time Remote Appointment Setter will make high-volume outbound calls, convert leads into qualified appointments, and build rapport with homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling. Key responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls as needed Convert new and existing leads into qualified appointments for Design Consultants Build value in consultations and confidently address objections to secure appointments Required qualifications Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion is strongly preferred Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions Confidence in handling objections and guiding conversations toward clear next steps Ability to stay focused and self-motivated in a remote work environment Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
