Freight Forwarder, Air Import, Aerospace

Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws All other duties as assigned. Requirements Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations Understanding of trade laws and regulations Fluency in English is required Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in air freight logistics, customs regulations, and trade laws while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
