Working across our back of house stations, you are responsible for preparing menu items with consistency, speed, and care. This role is a key part of a fast-moving kitchen team where food quality and teamwork matter in equal measure.What You'll Be DoingFood Preparation & Production — You will prepare menu items according to Torchy's recipes, specifications, and portioning standards, ensuring every taco meets our quality expectations.Station Operation — You will set up, operate, and break down your assigned station — keeping it clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout your shift.Food Safety & Sanitation — You will follow all food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety standards.Speed & Accuracy — You will execute orders with a sense of urgency and accuracy, maintaining pace during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality.Kitchen Teamwork — You will communicate clearly and work closely with your fellow kitchen team members to keep the line running smoothly and guests taken care of.Additional Responsibilities — You will perform additional duties as assigned.Que-So...
