Hardware machine operators are expected to set-up equipment to install fasteners to customer specifications, and efficiently maintain a quality part through the run.
Position requires a constant drive for success and willingness to learn and grow everyday.

Responsibilities:
- Install fasteners in part per customer print.
- Understand and meet job quote times.
- Reliable, punctual for scheduled shift.
- Drive to continually learn and improve.
- Technical knowledge of equipment.
- Able to keep a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
- High School diploma or G.E.D required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion.
