If you're looking for meaningful work where your contributions truly matter, we'd love to meet you.About the RoleAvenues Recovery is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support facility leadership and help keep the day-to-day operations of our treatment center running efficiently.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in seeing projects through from start to finish. You'll coordinate a wide range of operational and administrative responsibilities, helping ensure priorities stay on track, communication flows effectively, and nothing falls through the cracks.This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with facility leadership, gain valuable exposure to healthcare operations, and play an important role in supporting the teams that make recovery possible. While this is a support role rather than a decision-making position, it provides firsthand insight into how a treatment center operates and offers exceptional learning opportunities for someone looking to grow professionally.What You'll DoCoordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling for facility leadershipTrack action items and ensure follow-up through completionSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processesAssist with payroll processing and administrative reportingCoordinate transportation, vendor visits, inventory, and facility logisticsMaintain operational reports, trackers, and documentationProvide administrative and operational support to leadership and assist with special projectsHelp maintain an organized, efficient office environmentComplete other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Is highly organized and detail-orientedTakes initiative and follows through on commitmentsThrives in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesCommunicates professionally and builds positive working relationshipsIs comfortable collaborating with team members across multiple departmentsDemonstrates discretion, accountability, and integrityEnjoys learning and wants to better understand how a healthcare operation functionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of administrative, operations, HR, executive assistant, or coordinator experience preferredHealthcare experience is a plus, but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferredWhere You Will WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93-bed residential addiction treatment facility providing detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services.
