Any employment matters will be handled solely by the franchisee. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for each customer. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including: Planning and monitoring each shift Ensuring team meets McDonald's standards for performance, safety, security and profitability Communicating with the next Shift Manager to hand over shift details Meeting targets during shifts and helping departments achieve their goals As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants. Starting Rate $14.00 per hour.
