Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapist (OT)
Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license required. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required. SNF, LTC, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred. Experience evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL limitations. Proficiency with therapeutic activities, exercises, ADL retraining, mobility, and adaptive equipment. Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and accurately document patient progress. Strong discharge planning, patient/family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Comfortable working in an 80-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
