Director of Nursing

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a California Senior Living Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time DON opportunity near Sycamore Park, CA.
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for organizing, planning, directing, controlling and evaluating the nursing services within the skilled nursing facility.
Position : Director of Nursing (DON)

DON Location : Near Sycamore Park, CA

DON Schedule : M-F Normal Business Hours + On Call

DON Qualifications:

• CA RN License
• 5+ Years of RN Experience in an LTC or Hospital setting preferred (flexible)
• At least two (2+) years of supervisory/administrative experience in an LTC setting recommended
• Strong management and operational skills
