Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a Director of Nursing in Mabel, MN — $48.00/hour + credit for experience. Lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional resident-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community
• Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance
• Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning

What You'll Need

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the State of Minnesota
• At least 18 years old
• Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred, but not required
