Position Description

The Part-Time Detailer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and the yard. This role supports daily yard operations and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.

Yard Work and Washing

• • Perform yard duties as assigned by the Yard Manager
  • Perform wash and cleaning duties as directed
  • Complete small projects around the shop and occasional job sites
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard, shop, and equipment
  • Accurately complete and submit daily timesheets

Safety

• • Follow all shop, yard, and jobsite safety policies
  • Comply with company safety standards and procedures
  • Follow Fehn Companies AWAIR Program requirements
  • Use proper safety equipment and report any unsafe conditions immediately

Policies and Procedures

• • Follow all Shop & Yard policies and procedures
  • Maintain a professional and responsible work ethic

Training

• • Attend training sessions as required by management
  • Participate in additional job-specific training as needed or requested

• • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
  • Reliable and punctual
