Summary: Responsible for stocking and preparation of food in required area; operate and maintain equipment; properly store and rotate product.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Proper preparation and presentation of food.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of station.
• Maintain preparation consistency.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements - Qualifications:

• Familiar with operation of kitchen equipment; general sanitation procedures; overall basic food handling.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred.
• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to walk and stand for long periods.
• Use hands to hold tools utilized for position.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
