Event Management Specialist

Event Management Specialist Reports to the Assistant Director, Operations and Events. Overview A key member of the Event Management team, the specialist coordinates event services with University Service departments and outside vendors, maintains professional relationships within the Boston College community, and supports external clients and vendors for campus events. Responsibilities Coordinate event services with University Service departments and outside vendors. Maintain professional relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external clients. Collaborate with the Event Management team to plan, execute, and support campus events. Ensure successful delivery of event services to meet university and client expectations. Qualifications 1–4 years of relevant experience in event management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience coordinating vendors and university service departments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills: Event Management. Compensation Full-time salary range: $61,040 – $76,300, commensurate with experience.
