Furniture InstallerAOI Furniture Division AOI is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and dependable Furniture Installer to join our Furniture Division. This role is critical to delivering high-quality installations that reflect AOI's standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client experience. Safety, quality, and respect are non-negotiables here.What You'll DoInstall and upgrade commercial contract furniture at client sites, including high-end systems and componentsLoad and unload furniture and components at warehouses and jobsitesUncrate products and remove packaging and debris from jobsitesInspect and document product condition prior to installationRead blueprints and specifications to determine installation methodsMeasure, mark, prepare, and cut components as requiredAssist with wall starts, wall mounts, and panel installationsSecure panels, partitions, and related components for proper stabilizationInstall hardware including locks, trays, drawers, and accessoriesCommunicate with Project Managers and clients before, during, and after installationsAccurately complete daily paperwork including work orders, timecards, and progress photosMaintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite in accordance with AOI and client standardsWhat We're Looking ForCommercial furniture installation preferredDOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (AOI will obtain for eligible candidates)Valid Nebraska and/or Iowa driver's license requiredAbility to read installation drawings and blueprintsStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and professionalismWhat Will Make You Successful HereYou enjoy hands-on work and learning new skillsYou take pride in quality, teamwork, and doing the job rightYou are accountable, dependable, and show up ready to workYou're looking for long-term stability with opportunities to growYou represent AOI professionally our installers are the face of the companyHere, You'll FindConsistent, high-quality installation work on meaningful projectsA supportive team environment with trainingOpportunities to grow your skills and build a long-term career with AOICompany CultureA culture built on people and purpose. Regular duties include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and using hands and tools. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may occasionally be required to lift or team-lift items up to 100 pounds. Work may occur indoors and outdoors and includes exposure to weather conditions, construction noise, and jobsite hazards.
