About the Opportunity:

Our client an Ultra High Net Worth Wealth Management team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to support a high-performing private wealth management team serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and families.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to business development initiatives, coordinating relationship-building activities, and ensuring that marketing and client engagement efforts move forward consistently. The successful candidate will work closely with senior advisors, relationship managers, and external marketing partners to execute business development strategies and strengthen the team's pipeline of prospective relationships.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of wealth management while taking on increasing responsibility across business development, marketing, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the team's business development pipeline, including referrals, introductions, prospects, and relationship-building opportunities
• Maintain accurate tracking of referral sources, prospect activity, introductions, and follow-up opportunities
• Support senior advisors and relationship managers with prospect, referral partner, and center-of-influence outreach
• Develop and maintain consistent communication and follow-up schedules with key referral partners and professional contacts
• Assist with CRM management and ensure business development activity, relationship sources, and prospect information are accurately documented
• Prepare recurring business development reports, activity summaries, and performance dashboards for the team
• Coordinate marketing and content initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and compliance teams
• Assist with the development and distribution of presentations, social media content, client communications, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate logistics for client events, prospect meetings, dinners, and networking activities, including invitations, guest management, and follow-up
• Maintain organized libraries of marketing collateral, presentations, templates, and other team resources
• Partner with the team's marketing resources to ensure business development initiatives remain aligned with broader strategic objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and execution across the team's business development activities
• Handle sensitive client and prospect information with a high level of discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in business development, marketing coordination, client service, relationship management support, or a related role
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry is strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and business partners
• Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate relationship and activity records
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
• Comfortable creating polished presentations, invitations, basic graphics, and other visual materials using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media and digital content workflows is a plus
• Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools for research, content development, organization, and analysis
• Self-directed and comfortable owning recurring processes with limited day-to-day supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability for follow-through
• Professional presence and sound judgment when working with confidential information
• Genuine interest in wealth management, relationship development, and business growth
