We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse- LNV/RN to join our team at Avir at Montana in El Paso, TX. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role:

The Charge Nurse- LNV/RN is responsible for leading and managing the nursing team to provide quality patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. This includes:

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and delegation of tasks.

• Patient Care: Directly supervise patient care, assess patient status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure timely and effective delivery of medical and nursing interventions.

• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

• Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, treatment plans, and nursing interventions.
