Multiple contract positions are available for SLPs, including new graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship placements. Whether you’re an experienced CCC-SLP or a recent SLP-CF, this role offers the chance to customize your caseload from elementary to high school levels in areas surrounding Smith, NV. Requirements & Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for a Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP or CF)
- Interest in school-based settings with students aged elementary through high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedicated to fostering positive outcomes for children with diverse speech and language needs
- Ability to commit to a full academic year, starting August 2024
- Willingness to relocate to the region is a plus
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and attend required school meetings
- Participate actively in school and multidisciplinary teams
