Position responsibilities:
- Provide the best customer service all around.
- Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and leave the store.
- Assist customers with firearms, accessories, bows/crossbows, hunting supplies, apparel, and accessories.
- Answer customer questions about product features, benefits, availability, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to firearm sales.
- Assist in achieving store appearance, perform general cleaning duties and stock inventory and display to maximize visibility and sales.
- Will have to work Saturdays and some holidays.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be computer savvy with POS systems; must know how to type, use Microsoft office proficiently, and be willing to learn new programs.
- Must be able to multi-task, VERY Important.
- Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service in person.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 or older and able to lift 30 lbs.
- Clean background, background check will be done. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
