As a Physical Therapist, Your Success Will Be Achieved By:

• Utilizing your clinical expertise to assess movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Administering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
• Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting your strategies based on progress and clinical observations.
• Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery process.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

• Current CPR and first aid certification is required.

• Preferred: 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting; however, highly qualified new graduates with robust orthopedic clinical training during internships will be considered.

• Proven experience in evaluating and treating orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine conditions.

The salary range is $85K - $112K+ , which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Our benefits package features generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
