Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shifts

Shift & Compensation Night Shift: Sunday 6:30 PM to 3 AM, Monday - Thursday 7 PM to 3:30 AM or until work is complete. $19.70/hr starting pay rate up to $19.70/hour. Pay increases to $20.78/hour in 12 months. Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and earn up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay based on performance. Responsibilities Keep your edge by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management. Participate in on-the-job training to certify in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and operating our advanced automation. Qualifications Entry-level experience. Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift. Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product). Ability to work in a refrigerated environment 37-42 F a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed. Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training will be provided.
