Referral and Scheduling Coordinator1 The Referral and Scheduling Coordinator1 schedules and pre‑registers patients for exams and procedures with specialists and providers outside of the primary care physician’s office. This role performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support and computational tasks, usually on routine and patterned assignments. The coordinator gathers and communicates all relevant information and preparation instructions to patients and referring providers, and establishes guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Location Conviva Senior Primary Care Office – 10435 Vista DelSolDr., ElPaso, TX79925 Reporting to Supervisor, Referrals Responsibilities Schedule and pre‑register patients for exams and procedures with external specialists and providers. Provide patient‑facing support, including running the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Required Qualifications 2 years of hands‑on healthcare experience in a clinical setting within the Medicare population. Referral and prior authorization experience. Proficient in medical terminology. Experience with Electronic Medical Records. Other Qualifications Knowledge of ICD‑10 and CPT coding. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Schedule 40hours per week Pay Range $39,000–$49,400 per year (location and experience dependent). The position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
