Tennessee Licensed Casualty Specialist

Responsible for conducting investigations and analyzing liability and damages, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Casualty Specialist will evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Plans and conducts investigations to assess coverage, liability, and damages Evaluates claims for potential fraud and coordinates with the Special Investigations Unit as needed Maintains accurate records and communicates file status to internal and external customers Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree in a related field is preferred At least one year of automobile liability experience is required Minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience preferred Must hold or be able to secure an adjuster license within 60 days of employment Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law is essential
