Job Summary Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility. This role provides direct clinical patient care, overseeing the assessment, planning, and implementation of direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift. The role also supervises staff to whom care is delegated, supports the CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care, and manages resources related to patient care. Responsibilities The RN provides high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to all patients and assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control, with the goal of discharging the patient with optimal care. Assumes responsibility for coordination and planning of patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Performs and fulfills all hospital incident command system (HICS) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster. Knows the hospital’s emergency codes, their purposes, and appropriate actions, and follows hospital policies for each code. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications Required: Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law/regulation in the state of practice or policy. CPR certification. Preferred: Education: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
