Technical Support Representative II ( M-F 9am - 5:30pm)

Baxter seeks a Technical Support Representative II to provide remote troubleshooting and technical guidance for hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves documenting cases, managing customer requests, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical challenges in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Document cases in detail, including issue identification, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes
- Execute customer requests such as part replacements and case creation through systems
- Support escalation processes by engaging R&D, engineering, and other internal teams
- Track and update cases to ensure timely resolution aligned with KPIs and service levels
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year remote technical troubleshooting or 2–3 years technical/customer support experience
- Troubleshooting expertise in Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and server environments
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software, networking, and security issues
- Experience installing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of regulated processes and compliant documentation standards
- Associate degree in Information Systems or relevant technical certifications preferred
Compensation: $52,800–$72,600 base
