Mortgage Loan Officer | NMLS Licensed | Youngstown, Ohio | $45,000 — $60,000 | Full Time

Homeownership is one of the most significant financial decisions most people will ever make. A growing mortgage lending company in Youngstown, Ohio needs a Loan Officer who can build relationships, generate their own business and guide clients through the mortgage process with confidence and expertise from application to closing.

You will build and maintain a self-generated book of business, develop referral partnerships with real estate agents and builders, analyze client financials, present appropriate loan programs and manage a strong pipeline from application through closing.

What you need to bring:

• Active NMLS license and strong knowledge of current mortgage industry regulations
• 1 to 2 or more years of experience as a Loan Officer with a proven track record
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close mortgage loans independently
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs and products
• Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
