The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide mobility support and help residents move safely.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Work closely with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
