We are a growing furniture retailer focused on quality products and excellent customer service. We offer a strong commission structure and a steady flow of customers, giving our sales team real earning potential. What You’ll Do:
- Help customers find furniture that fits their style, space, and budget
- Build relationships and provide a high-end sales experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain showroom appearance and product knowledge
- Proven sales experience (furniture, retail, or commission-based sales preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Available to work weekends (required)
- Reliable and professional
- Competitive base (if applicable) + high commission structure

- High foot traffic / strong lead flow
