Job Summary The Production Associate at RWB Thrift is responsible for executing diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations. Tasks may include Hangers, Taggers, Pricer Support, Tallyer & Sensor Support, and Runners, each with specific responsibilities such as hanging, tagging, pricing, counting, sensor attaching, and delivering merchandise. Key Responsibilities Perform diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations as assigned Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas Follow company policies and procedures for efficient and safe operations Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support store operations Qualifications Preferred: previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back of house experience (not required) Preferred: high school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Capable of safely performing essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs; frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force Able to stand for extended periods of time Proficient in repetitive motions with hands and arms Skilled in fine motor tasks such as grasping and turning Maintain balance on narrow or slippery surfaces; perform agile tasks Visual acuity: 20/20 at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more Work Environment Dynamic, busy atmosphere requiring fast pace Noisy environment due to sales floor and production area Bright lighting throughout store Regular interactions with customers, donors, and coworkers; requires effective communication High flexibility; may switch tasks or departments Language Requirements Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication; ability to understand instructions in English Other Requirements Effective performers demonstrate reliability, integrity, humility, adaptability, attention to detail, inclusion, teamwork, professional communication, resilience, and alignment with organizational values and policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Red White & Blue Thrift
